Since the early 1980s, Catterall & Wright has provided ongoing consulting engineering services to Innovation Place Research Park in Saskatoon. Our work has included assessing existing infrastructure, planning for future development, and delivering design and project management services through all phases of construction.

Projects have encompassed a wide range of engineering and development services, including potable water and sanitary sewer systems, sewage pumping station upgrades, stormwater management, site grading, and road network design. Notable projects include the LEED-certified building at 121 Research Drive, the award-winning Boffins Gardens, Innovation Boulevard road extensions, and the reconstruction of Parking Lot K with associated roadway improvements.
