Since the early 1980’s, Catterall & Wright has been providing consulting engineering services to the Innovation Place Research Park in Saskatoon. The services provided include assessing existing assets and future developments, designing site servicing and grading plans, and managing projects during construction. Within the Innovation Place Research Park, Catterall & Wright has worked on potable water systems, sanitary sewer systems, sewage pumping station upgrades, storm water management systems, site grading and servicing plans, and road networks. Notable past projects include 121 Research Drive, which is a LEED certified building, and the award-winning Boffins Gardens. Recent projects completed include: Innovation Boulevard Road Extensions, and Parking Lot K Reconstruction & Roadway Improvements.
