Catterall & Wright was proud to be retained by USask Properties Inc. to deliver a comprehensive Traffic Impact Study TIS for the Stadium Square development in Saskatoon. Located just south of the University of Saskatchewan, Stadium Square encompasses approximately 90 acres of prime, developable land. This landmark project is a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use community that integrates residential, commercial and recreational elements. The development plan includes corridor and station mixed-use areas, general office and residential spaces, a medical care centre, and regional commercial facilities. Cattetall & Wright assessed the surrounding transportation network, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and multi-modal access. This project represents a transformative step for the City and a showcase of Catterall &Wright’s expertise in supporting sustainable, large-scale urban developments.
