Rocky Mountain Equipment is an agricultural and construction equipment dealership located in the northeast quadrant of Kindersley. Catterall & Wright completed a traffic impact assessment as part of the site development.

The study included estimating site-generated traffic, assigning trips to the surrounding road network, and analyzing access points. It also evaluated existing traffic conditions, future background growth, and full build-out scenarios. The scope included capacity analysis of the access intersection, turning lane and illumination warrant assessments, review of sight distance and access management, and consideration of the future alignment of the east service road. Cost share estimates for intersection lighting were also provided.
