Saskatoon River Landing

Saskatoon, SK

Client:
City of Saskatoon
River Landing is a project to reclaim a disused portion of the River Valley, providing a one of a kind show piece for the City of Saskatoon, and a functional link to the Riversdale area. The project has had more than 7 construction contracts and been more than 10 years in the making.

For construction purposes, River Landing was divided into two phases:

In River Landing Phase I, the City developed the former Gathercole site and area east of the Senator Sid Buckwold Bridge and south of 19th Street.

Phase II includes the riverbank bounded by the Senator Sid Buckwold Bridge to the east and Victoria Park to the west, the former A.L. Cole Power site, and a number of old City electrical buildings and adjacent properties.

Overlooking the river in Saskatoon’s vibrant downtown, these parcels represent the most significant real estate opportunities in the province.
