Catterall & Wright provided comprehensive engineering services for the 16.6-acre Stonebridge Centre commercial development in the City of Saskatoon, which includes eight commercial buildings. Our work encompassed the design of site drainage, roadways, water and sewer servicing, and stormwater management.

We completed detailed designs for water and sewer infrastructure, drainage plans, and all asphalt and concrete components of the site. In addition, we prepared cost estimates to support the client’s budgeting process and designed adjacent roadways, including Cornish Road, Willis Crescent, and turning lanes on Preston Avenue.
