Catterall & Wright designed the site drainage, roadways, water & sewer servicing, and stormwater management for the Stonebridge Centre commercial development. The development covers an area of 16.6 acres including eight commercial buildings.

Catterall & Wright performed detailed design of the water and sewer servicing, drainage plans, and asphalt and concrete for all site work.

Our team also provided opinions of probable costs for our client’s budgeting purposes, and designed surrounding roadways, including Cornish road, Willis Crescent, and the Preston Avenue turning lanes.
