Catterall & Wright worked with the Bird-Wright Joint Venture team on the design-build of nine new joint-use schools in Saskatchewan.
This project is the largest school construction project in Saskatchewan’s history. Each site contains two schools, one public and one Catholic, as well as a common space for a childcare centre and community space.
Catterall & Wright was the design consultant responsible for water and sewer servicing, site drainage, and stormwater management. As part of the project’s LEED requirements, Catterall & Wright prepared Erosion and Sediment Control Plan reports for all nine sites.
The ambitious deadlines during design and construction were a challenging aspect of this project. Efficient coordination and communication with multiple consultants and the Bird-Wright Joint Venture team were crucial to this project’s success.
