Catterall & Wright continues to provide design services for Lake Vista, a quarter section of new development in Martensville by North Ridge Development Corporation. The site requires infrastructure for drainage, roadways, water & sewer servicing, and storm water management. The project also includes a new sewage pumping station, water pump house and water storage reservoir which will meet the future growth of Martensville for years to come. The development covers approximately 160 acres and includes single family homes, multi-unit residential, 12 acres of commercial area, one of the new multi-use P3 school sites, along with multiple parks and lakes. Upon completion of the development, it will provide homes and services to approximately 3,000 people in the growing City of Martensville.
