Lake Vista is a 160-acre master-planned community in Martensville, SK, where Catterall & Wright has provided full engineering and project management services since 2011. The development includes 418 residential lots, two schools, commercial areas, multi-family sites, and supporting infrastructure such as water and sewer systems, a sewage pumping station, water pumphouse and reservoir, and stormwater management facilities.

A key challenge was designing scalable infrastructure to support phased, mixed-density growth. To address this, the team implemented twinned force mains, interconnected storm ponds, a storm pumping station, and a pumphouse connected to the SaskWater supply. With $26.1 million invested, Lake Vista is now Martensville’s largest residential development, servicing 284 lots and continuing to grow with strong, future-ready infrastructure.
